Returns & Exchanges

Please read this page for our current policy.
We understand how challenging it can be to purchase cosmetics online without being able to test it first. For this reason we offer samples of our foundations, eye shadows, blushes, highlighters, concealers, correctors, translucent powder, makeup remover and primer.

We encourage you to purchase samples first:

Please do not try to "guess" your foundation shade.

  • The foundation swatches provided show what the shade looks like wet.
  • Once it dries, it will look different.
  • In addition, we use pure plant-based essential oils for scenting and to enhance the skin benefits of the foundation and it is important to test on your skin first.

We accept returns of unopened full size products within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If you ordered the wrong shade or product and would like to exchange it for another color, we will be happy to assist. There will be a $5 shipping charge for us to mail it to you. If you want it sent priority the cost will be $8.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns on samples. We do not accept returns for "clearance" items.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Plain Jane Beauty.

Any UNOPENED returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to with the subject line: Damaged Item. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Items

If you have not received your full order, please contact us at with the subject line: Missing Item along with your order number. Please note cases must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this time frame cases may no longer be eligible for review.
