We accept returns of unopened full size products within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
PLEASE NOTE: Samples are not returnable or refundable
If you ordered the wrong shade or product and would like to exchange it for another color, we will be happy to assist. There will be a $5 shipping charge for us to mail it to you. If you want it sent priority the cost will be $8.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns on samples. We do not accept returns for "clearance" items.
All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Plain Jane Beauty.
Any UNOPENED returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return or exchange.

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS ::
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: Damaged Item. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you have not received your full order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Missing Item along with your order number. Please note cases must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this time frame cases may no longer be eligible for review.
