Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Currently all retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions.
Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for Flat Rate/Ground Shipping.

During high volume sales please allow 7-10 days for Flate Rate/Ground Shipping.

Expedited Shipping - If you are in a hurry to receive your order please choose this option. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST (Monday - Thursday) with paid expedited shipping will ship priority USPS to be delivered within three business days.
You must choose expedited shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order.

Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Plain Jane Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If customer chooses to cancel the order, shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

Plain Jane Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Plain Jane Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Plain Jane Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

REFUND POLICY:
We understand how challenging it can be to purchase cosmetics online without being able to test it first. For this reason we now offer samples of our foundations, eye shadows, blushes, highlighters, concealers, correctors, translucent powder, and primer.

Please do not try to "guess" your foundation shade. The foundation swatches provided show what the shade looks like wet. Once it dries, it will look different. In addition, we use pure plant-based essential oils for scenting and to enhance the skin benefits of the foundation and it is important to test on your skin first.

We accept returns of unopened full size products within 30 days of purchase.

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and concerns.

PLEASE NOTE: Samples are not returnable or refundable

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns on samples. We do not accept returns for "clearance" items.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Plain Jane Beauty.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return.
