U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages are requiring more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE?
Once an order is placed, all in-stock items will generally ship within 1-3 business days during this “processing” time we are busy picking, packing and preparing your order to be shipped by US Postal Service or UPS.
Once the carrier picks up your order, they make every effort to deliver it within 3- 5 business days or sooner if priority shipping has been selected.
Please note - the cut-off times for the following table is 11am EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Currently all retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground if that option is selected. We reserve the right to choose how to ship for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
FIRST CLASS (5-8 days) :: This option means, once your order is shipped it can take 4-6 days to arrive. This is also not a guarantee. It can arrive sooner and sometimes later. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for Flat Rate/Ground Shipping.
PRIORITY SHIPPING (3-4 days) :: This option means, once your order is shipped it can take 3-4 days to arrive. For example, if your order shipped on a Tuesday it should arrive by Thursday or Friday, however, this is not a guarantee.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING :: If you are in a hurry to receive your order please choose this option. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST (Monday - Thursday) with paid expedited shipping will be processed ahead of other orders and shipped priority USPS to be delivered within 3-4 business days.
You must choose expedited shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order.
Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION :: If a package is returned to Plain Jane Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. If customer chooses to cancel the order and received free shipping with their original order, our shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
Plain Jane Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ::
Plain Jane Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Plain Jane Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
NOT DELIVERED ::
If the tracking continues to show as "in transit" or "out for delivery" after 30 days from ship date, we will file a missing mail claim on your behalf. After all of the necessary steps have been taken i.e. a claim has been filed, you have left a note for your mail carrier in your mailbox, a replacement will be sent out 30 days from date of shipment.
MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS ::
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: Damaged Item. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you have not received your full order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Missing Item along with your order number. Please note cases must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this time frame cases may no longer be eligible for review.
We reserve the right to combine orders (from both brands or same brand) placed by the same customer with the same shipping address without refunding any shipping that was paid. This allows us to upgrade the shipping method and to ship order out faster.
If you wish for your consecutive orders not to be combined, please let us know.
