By placing an order, you understand and agree to the following:
Samples and sample bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We will exchange or give a store credit for unused, unopened & sealed full size products within 14 days of purchase. A $5 shipping charge will be required to ship the new product.
You understand the importance of checking that your address has been entered correctly before placing your order. As well as including the apt. or unit # as applicable.
In the event that the address was entered incorrectly and gets returned to us, you understand there will be a $5 charge to reship. If you decide to cancel and request a refund, shipping will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING
Currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground if that option is selected.
We reserve the right to choose how to ship for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited services.
FIRST CLASS (5-8 days) :: This option means, once your order is shipped it can take 5-8 days to arrive. This is also not a guarantee. It can arrive sooner and sometimes later. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for Flat Rate/Ground Shipping.
PRIORITY SHIPPING (3-4 days) :: This option means, once your order is shipped it can take 3-4 days to arrive.
For example, if your order shipped on a Tuesday it should arrive by Thursday or Friday, however, this is not a guarantee.
If there has been any type of bad weather in route to your state or city this can delay delivery or for other reasons out of our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ::
Plain Jane Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Plain Jane Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
